Uncharted's lead lady gets a new 'do

If you've been following the progress of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, the new game from the creator of Jak & Daxter, you'll be familiar with the girl below on the left. That's Elena Fisher, sidekick to leading man Nathan Drake. Er, not any more it isn't, as a new batch of screens has revealed.

See, just like Naughty Dog shuffled Nathan's image after his first appearances, so Elena has been given a swift makeover. Funnily enough, we're sure we've seen this blonde-version of her before, but thought it was someone else, assuming Nathan was the kind of guy who goes through female companions like napkins.

We're now looking forward to our next hands-on with Uncharted, to find out if blondes really do have more fun...
