Tweak Sliders for an Advantage

Go to "Game Modes", then "Career". Begin creating your player. Put your person as any infield position, or SP. If he is a infield position make sure he is as far as the meter can go at all batting skills.Pick a team for your "all-star". Make sure the MLB player ahead of you is bad enough for you to have a chance at starting. Enter your first game of the season. Immediatly, go to "Options" in the pause menu. Then go to "User Game Tuning". If you are a pitcher Make Pitch speed all the way up. Now your star will be throwing blazin' fast balls. If your star is in the infield put everything that you think your guy will need all the way up.

Start a Franchise (pick any team) then end spring training. Then go to Business Management the got to loans the select the last loan available - then jack the loan as high as possible and as many years available then you will have as much money as you need - don't worry about budget. Buy anything you desire. Note you can only have two loans out at a TIME.

Make Your Ballplayers Better

In season mode, if you want to make your team amazing, go to Player Management, the hit View Roster. Click on any player on your team. Then with L or R, toggle to the player's Attributes. Put all of their attributes all the way up. If you do this for every player on the team, you'll be likely to win every single game in the season!

Better Career

IN career mode, no matter if you are a pitcher make sure you have your stamina high. ML teams want you to pitch longs amounts of innings. Also get your clutch and H/9 up. then worry about pitch stats. When a batter, get you speed, contact and a little power up. this is for a high average. A high average means a better chance of getting to the ML. I recomend being a second or first basemen so your Arm Acc. and Str. doesnt need to be high. Picking a team with a bad player at your position doesnt matter much, especially when you are a pitcher. just dont change teams unless you are good enough to win a position with another team. You never have a sure ML position!

Easy Pitching

GO to create a player and create a pitcher. Make your pitcher have a "submarine pitch" (or go to B. Kim pitching) on pitch type. Then get pitches like a knuckle ball, slide, screwball, knuckle curve, 2-seam FB, or something like a forkball.(make sure you have a wide variety of pitches.) No matter if you are facing friends or the computer you will be unstoppable.(depending on your stats of course!)

On the Houston Astros it shows that Roger Clemens isn't there so his name is "Kevin Waite". His overall is a little bit lower then it should be.
