FIFA Street 2 review

Being able to touch your balls isn't much incentive to play soccer on DS

Rule the Street mode, the savior for other versions, is too damaged to compensate for gameplay inadequacies on the DS. For starters, your created player - required to participate in every match - gets virtually no attribute help. You start with 2000 points with which to upgrade him, and each infinitesimal boost runs 250 points. Win a match, and you're lucky to be able to earn two upgrade slivers. Thus, he will forever be the weakest link on the court. You can't even gain points in exhibition matches to compensate, like in other versions.
