Only a day or two after Toshiba took HD-DVD off the life support machine, all the majors joined the Blu-ray revolution.
Paramount told The Hollywood Reporter: "We are pleased that the industry is moving to a single high-definition format, as we believe it is in the best interest of the consumer.
"As we look to (begin) releasing our titles on Blu-ray, we will monitor consumer adoption and determine our release plans accordingly."
Everybody else is now on board, says Reuters. But how long can Microsoft hold out before it has to make its move? And how long will those 360 HD-DVD players remain on the shelves?
