I was sure Wind Waker would top your list, it didn't even make it!

Good catch. While I find other people's suggestions debatable to some degree, Wind Waker isn't. It should either be added making this article a list of 9, or kick something else off.

Man I so wish I could play F-Zero GX. It's at the top of my wish-list.

    GX is an excellent choice.

Doom I and II. They're still a blast to play, graphics are charming, soundtrack is fantastic, and they feature phenomenal gameplay and level design. As someone else mentioned I would also add symphony of the night.

Street Fighter 3: Third Strike, 15 years old and still a joy in motion. Dat animation.

I'm playing RE 4 on Wii, it's a fantastic game, but the visuals, really have aged, I can stand it, but its very noticeable. Also I'll have added either Symphony of the Night or Super Metroid. Since those still immerse you in their worlds.

The Hitman series are another great example, even the first game with the complicated control layout holds up pretty well, the gameplay it's perfect in the first four itinerations, something the last one really missed.

Yeah I could play the old Hitman games forever. Absolution though.... Nope.

I totally agree with all of these, and you can always make me happy and earn a comment when you mention Silent Hill! :D F-Zero is always sick as well, that game is fantastic, as is Tetris and Resi 4.
