Destiny emote refunds have a 15-minute window, so maybe hold off on the raid

Destiny got 18 new emotes for players to express themselves with in yesterday's update, but what do you do if you buy the wrong one? After all, these various gestures and dances can cost as much as $5 in real-world money - you don't want that to go to waste. Well fret not, because these cosmetic customizations can be returned for a refund, and you have 15 minutes after the purchase to do so.

Refunding the emote won't give you your real-world money back, but will instead deposit the game's new currency, Silver, back into your account. And if you're not sure which emote to get in the first place, remember that the Eververse Trading Company vendor offers previews of each emote before you buy. If you change your mind a second time, you can simply re-purchase the license. This resets the timer on refunds, so theoretically you could do this an infinite number of times, as long as you made sure to stop by the Tower every 15 minutes.

Personally, I can very much relate to the idea that you may not like how the animation plays out in the game proper and want a do-over. Different lighting conditions, different gear, etc. can all impact how you perceive your Guardian. It's like creating a custom character: it needs to be juuuuust right.
