All those THP8 screens you've seen that looked to good to be true? They're true. In motion, the game looks lovely and the new motion-captured animation system does look eerily lifelike. There might be a bit too much bloom lighting in the world, but the 360 is a new toy and messing with your retinas is one of its nifty tricks, so we're not surprised to see it slathered on. (We're told that the PS3 version will look uncannily like the 360 edition, so all these screens represent both platforms.)
While the game is officially slated for the fall, we're expecting a late October release, and with an army of 150 artists, programmers and designers currently working on Project 8, we can't imagine it won't ship right on time.
