Ever wondered why Destiny's guns sound so satisfying? Watch this and find out

It's not new content (sorry!), but developer Bungie has something new and Destiny-related to show you; a 15-minute mini-documentary about the game's sound design.

I know that doesn't sound like the most exciting thing in the world, but remember that Destiny is a game about guns - specifically, it's a game about using powerful sci-fi guns to fight aliens and blow stuff up. So naturally, the video has some footage of the team out in the desert, using high-powered rifles to … well, shoot stuff real good. Trust me, the explosions are worth seeing, and it's interesting to finally understand why hearing an auto-rifle's firing just feels so good. Ah, my Titan. I miss you.

Of course, if that guns-and-explosions stuff doesn't interest you, there's also plenty of handsome Nathan Fillion to go around as well. And if that doesn't interest you, I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but you're clearly dead inside. Anyway, enjoy!

It's unfortunate that Bungie didn't have something bigger and newer to keep fans satiated, but we recently learned that Destiny 2 and a large expansion are coming soon, so try to be patient, Guardian.
