W is for Within The Woods

Before The Evil Dead , Sam Raimi created Within The Woods , a short film which was a “prototype” horror. Like The Evil Dead , the film concerns demonic possession and mysterious forces originating from the woods. The film, of course, featured Bruce Campbell and launched both his and Sam’s careers.

Evil Dead , the new terrifying new version of the horror classic, hits UK cinemas on 18 April . It stars Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Jessica Lucas and is directed by Fede Alvarez.
