V is for Video Game

The Evil Dead franchise proved so popular at the time, that it spawned its very own video game, available on the Commodore 64. The game is set at the infamous cabin from The Evil Dead and players must control Ash to shut windows and prevent monsters from entering and killing those already inside.

Here’s the C64 game theme for you. In its own way, it’s a work of genius.

Evil Dead , the new terrifying new version of the horror classic, hits UK cinemas on 18 April . It stars Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Jessica Lucas and is directed by Fede Alvarez.
