After announcing Project Rygar and showing a demo of Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword, Tecmo felt it necessary to further egg on the world by mentioning, in an almost passing sort of way, that Tecmo Bowl is coming back in 2008. No platform was named, no screens or art were provided, just the announcement. Seems like par for the course this week, huh? Lots of talk, not so much action.
Look for more on the revamped Tecmo Bowl as it becomes available, or check out the NES original on Wii's Virtual Console (minus actual player names, thank you EA).
