Forza Horizon 3 is coming to Xbox One and Windows 10, confirming an earlier leak. The open-world racing franchise now heads to Australia. The opening trailer showed a mix of city streets, forests, deserts, and beaches. Kangaroos hop around, rivers run through two-lane freeways, and dirt roads combine to form one of the most diverse locations seen in the series.
The brief gameplay demo showed off the new four-player co-operative mode, which showed the likes of a custom BMW M4, the new, sporty Lamborghini Centenario, and an off-road dune buggy squaring off against Terrence in his Trophy Truck. The four players began on separate sides of the map, barrelling toward one another, eventually seamlessly merging into a high-octane sprint through the Australian outback.
Roadsters can look forward to Forza Horizon on September 27, 2016, and thanks to Xbox Everywhere, players on both Xbox One and Windows 10 can team up and take to the streets and battle the elements together.
