Jet Set Radio Future guys. Jet Set Radio Future. WHY NO JET SET RADIO FUTURE?! Otherwise a pretty solid list, I would also like to add that I did not share the same love for halo 2 as you guys, but the multiplayer was amazing!

Really, Halo 2 is the top? F that game. Lots of racing games on here too. Don't care what anyone says, Fable 1 was awesome (of course a let down after the hype, but still awesome). I remember getting Beyond Good and Evil and Freedom Fighters from Best Buy for $5 each for some reason. Those games were great. I'll go on the record and say that Breakdown was one of my favorite xbox games and definitely in my top 10 all-time - but it gets no love anywhere, what a cool game and the first time I felt like a game really nailed the atmosphere for a "becoming a superhero" moment. Dead Space 2 nailed it also with the awesome pumped up music when changing suits :)

Halo CE and Halo 2 should be reversed. Otherwise, solid list. Glad to see Escape from Butcher Bay on there. Still one of my favorite games.

i'd like to point out that 3. KOTOR takes place close to 4000 before the movies

No Soul Caliber II? Or are you saving that game for the PS2/GC list?

They wouldn't be able to list 25 honestly, genuinely good exclusives for the system.

Halo taking the top 2 spots is kinda depressing, honestly.
  • BladedFalcon - April 19, 2012 10:55 a.m.

Chances are it's going to appear in the GC list. Mainly because of Link.

Armed with this list, it's time to start trawling my local stores. Only got about half of them.

GTA:SA, I had fun with Starwar the Republic (That first person shooter one) MY ex loved Burnout Takedown. You got some good games there. Never played Morrowwind though.

I mean, hey, without Halo, we wouldn't have a lot of games today. I think.

    I have numbers 1, 2, 3, 6, 12, 14, 22, 23, and 24... and I never owned an Xbox. Great games!

Man, these opinions are just tearing up people's lives. Hehe, but really, great list. Sooooo many games here need sequels, or spiritual successors. Namely the Battlefront and, *sniff*, Republic Commando series... both games I thoroughly enjoyed NOW, thanks to the Star Wars collection pack for the PC. So many unanswered questions, so many untapped resources. :C A lot of reason why the original Xbox is another personal favorite for older consoles. 6th generation was a hell of an era.

Also, why was Stranger's Wrath, an Xbox exclusive, re-released as an HD remake for the PS3? I was genuinely excited to finally get my hands on it, but was sadly disappointed.

I think it's roughly three and a half thousand years before the event of Episode IV, or as the calendar uses, the Battle of Yavin IV.

I think they might use it for the PS2, but other than that, loliunno.

I was just thinking this. With all these fantastic lists, emulator hubs and stores will be very happy with their sudden sale of retro games.

    Where's Chaos Theory?
  • evan-bergstrom - April 19, 2012 11:38 a.m.
