Stone Hold

This Oil Pump Camp is found in the southern pocket of the region. When you reach the pump itself, climb the ladder near the gas cans to find a relic inside a small shack.

Vantage Outpost

Check under the large awning at the outpost to find a relic inside.

Scavenging Location #1

Near the southeastern border of the region is a giant pipe. Head inside to find a relic by a mattress.

Scavenging Location #2

Now head toward the central western border to find a decently sized camp. Check inside the biggest tent to find a relic.

Scavenging Location #3

If you head northeast from the last Scavenging Location, you'll find a pair of crumbling buildings. Look inside the building with painted skulls to find a relic by some scrap.

Scavenging Location #4

One more relic in Wailing Wind. Drive northeast from the previous spot to find a camp under a bridge. The relic is inside the green storage container at ground level.
