Ring Fit Adventure is Nintendo’s brilliant fitness game that can help you feel the way you want, and in our new series, we’re looking at the way real people use Ring Fit in their daily lives.
Emma has plenty on her plate, from a job as an office manager to being a single mum to two young boys. With Ring Fit Adventure, she has a chance to keep on top of her fitness both by herself and alongside her sons as well.
Emma first discovered Ring Fit Adventure last year and thought that the fact it looked more like a game would be something her boys would love... but she ended up loving it as well!
The ability to customise her own playlists means Emma is also able to make sure she’s able to fit the game into her schedule, whether it’s grabbing a quick half-hour before breakfast or after a long day in the office.
She’s set the task of taking on the Tree Pose in the game’s challenge mode and she’s not the only one!
