Brandon Routh talks Man Of Steel

Superman Returns might not have been the box office blockbuster Warners was hoping for and it didn’t exactly set star Brandon Routh’s career on fire, but he seems happy to return for another outing in the red and blue tights.

Out promoting his new thriller Lie To Me, Routh has been talking about Man Of Steel, Bryan Singer’s planned follow up to Returns, which has spent years lingering in development lingo amid budget wobbles and Singer’s schedule issues. chatted to him about the movie and he revealed that while he’s not actively involved in developing it, the director is listening to his ideas: “He's very receptive to my notes and my thoughts and so I just let him know. I keep telling him that thing about Lois and Superman getting together and I trust that if I keep repeating that he'll just think it's his own thought someday…” He also goes on to mention that he’s not exactly thrilled by the idea of the Justice League film.
