Detailed description to all of the cheats
Hold the Shift key and take one step back, then one step forward. Then let go of the Shift key and crouch down. Let go of the crouch button then spin (using the right or left arrow, not the roll button) three times. Then, do either a forward jump or a back flip. If you are doing the weapons code, you'll hear a sound similar to the arming of a gun. If you're doing the level skip, everything will freeze and it will whisk to you the end of the level.

Take out the pistols. Take one step back, then one step forward. Squat, then release the button. Turn around three full times then jump forward.

Take out the pistols. Take one step back, then one step forward. Squat, and release the button. Turn around three full times. Then do a backflip.

Blow Lara Up
It is the "explosion" code. To see it, do either the skip level or all weapons cheat, but don't draw your pistols. Lara will die in an explosion that's unforunately a lot less cool than the one in TRII when Lara neglected to draw a flare.
