In the game directory find the file Iron_3D.ini and go to the CS section using a text editor (Like notepad). Change the following for the desired effects
FULL_RESEARCH_TREE=1 = Get any Bot components

WINDOW_MODE=1 = Game runs in window

INVUNERABILITY=1 - Hero is invincible

ImmortalHero=1 (Find the file Behavior.ini in the game directory to find this line)
