How To Do the Hook Shot
O.K so 3-pointers haven't been working. You need to go inside but if you have the skill level on Superstar its not that easy the defense is way better. You now need a 2 or some dunks. If the defense is playing man-to-man look for a miss match were your guy is taller and bigger. Now call the play "Isolation" that means every one on your team goes toward the sideline and their man will follow. That leaves you and your man on the top of the key you could try to blow right on by him but odds aren't in your favor. Now drive in as far as he will let you. Next press "L" and move towards him you should be able to back him right by the rim if you can push him that far and press "B" you will dunk over him. But if he stops you towards the free throw line or a little bit in front press "B" you will now do the hook shot. WORKS BEST WITH SHAQ (If the guy your using has bad inside scoring it wont be as successful)

Make Opponent Miss Free Throws
Only works for user players-does not work for computer players! when your opponent is shooting their free-throws, press the X and B button continually to make the controller vibrate. This will normally distract the shooter and he normally make a mistake and miss!

To get max stats , go to team management and then edit player. pick your team , then you'll see stats or something like that. then fill them up and there you go your unstoppable. if you want have some laughs pick shaq and give him his threes . its funny. Better Chance for 3's First you give the ball to your PG then you press d pad up or down for 3 points when you do pass it to someone waiting at the 3 line then take him and move out of the 3pt line (while your dribbling) and press down on the right analog stick quickly the player should do the thing mike bibby does in the beginning movie and shoot fake out the person in front of you and you'll probably adjust to the 3 pt. line then take the shot.
