Go to the options menu and pick Gameplay. Now HOLD D-pad Left + Left Analog Stick Right and press Start Get Ball In Hoop Every Time First during game play press start. Then turn everything off (out of bounds). Then When you get the ball go running up court in out of bounds territory. Go behind the net. Last go straight out and shoot! (ONLY SOMETIMES IT WORKS)

Dream Team
To get a DREAM TEAM go to roster management. Click on Team Rosters. Then put people from the free agents on teams that you want people from. Then click A on the player you want. Then it will give you options click on assign to team. Click on the team you want it to be on. Do that until you have a dream team. Keep in mind though you can only have 15 people on your team. So you might have to drop some players.
