Faster victory
To have a faster victory, just remember to always do WHATEVER it takes to get a like color group, and even better, the dark blue Boardwalk and Park Place
Another great tip is, if you own the green or dark blue properties, and your price for houses and hotels is $200.00, every time you pass go, build another house. Make sure you build in this order though:
Boardwalk
Park Place
Pen. avenue
Pacific Avenue
North Carolina Avenue.

If in an auction, and you wish to win the auction and you are not on a time frame, continue to bid $1.00 at a time, and if that does not work after a couple of dollar bids, try bumping it up to $5.00 bids.
If in an auction, and you wish to win the auction and you are on a time frame, On the first bid, bid $100.00 If anyone goes over that, bid another $100.00, and if another person passes you up another $100.00.
Remember: It is always wise to own a lot of properties, but it is wiser to own all of a color group.

Dont Pay Rent AND Gain Money
At the main menu, select new game. Then go down to "Custom Rules". Go down to Immunities and turn them on. Then start the game. Buy a property which charges little rent like the waterwoks for example. When any of the other players gain a set of properties which with houses/hotels could bankrupt you, go on to the "TRADE" screen, click the arrow across to trade immunities. Give the computer player with the set of properties 1 immunity (I) against your property (eg. Waterworks). Then give yourself 9 Immunities against ALL of their properties. The computer becomes stupid and always seems to accept this offer. So the computer is let off a few pounds once. You can be let off thousands of pounds nine times!!! When your immunities run out (not very often at all) or the computer gets another set of properties, as long as the computer has used their 1 immunity against your property you can trade the computer's 1 immunity on one property for your 9 immunities on each of all of their properties. You will never lose a game again
