Ed Helms stars in red-band Vacation trailer

The first red-band trailer has appeared online for Vacation, in which Ed Helms heads up the Griswold family on another chaotic road trip. And from the looks of this first footage, it promises to be a lot of R-rated fun.

Helms plays the grown-up son of Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo, both of whom are back reprising their roles here. However, the real scene-stealer is Chris Hemsworth, starring as Helm’s aggravatingly successful brother-in-law, Stone Crandall…

Take a look at the new trailer, below…

Some nice meta gags in there about how “the new vacation will stand on its own”, while Helms’ rimjob gag is pure gold. And then there’s Hemsworth and his… talent.

Directed by John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein and co-starring Christina Applegate, Leslie Mann and Charlie Day, Vacation will open in the US on 29 July 2015 and the UK on 13 November 2015.
