Go to the title screen and HOLD L1 + R1 and press Up, Left, Down, Right, left, Right, Left, Right
Unlock All Levels
Go to the options menu and go to the change name option and put in XOPENSEZ for a name. Then go to career and all tracks will be unlocked in both Amateur and Professional.
