Saint's Row, the gangster-heavy, GTA-style action game, will shoot onto PlayStation 3 this spring - as we had expected after US retailer EB Games posted a product listing for a PS3 version of the game recently - following the game's successful launch on Xbox 360 last year.
The announcement was confirmed on THQ's official website, which also assures Sony-buying gamers that the PS3 edition will feature multiplayer modes for action over the PlayStation Network.
We quizzed THQ over plans for any new, PS3-exclusive content, but were informed that the Sony-bound edition would be unchanged. However, the PS3 pack will come bundled with the downloadable extras currently available for 360 gamers to grab from the Xbox 360 Marketplace. Which is nice.
