During gameplay press Ctrl+M at the same time and your funds will rise to 5 million dollars.

Change Stats

Create a candidate and then find the candidate's file in he /DATA game directory on your hard drive. Use a text editor like notepad to change starting values for almost anything.

Alternatively, if you want to edit the candidates already created in the game edit the file called CoreCandidates.CANDIDATE in the DATA folder.
