Level 23: Flushed!
In the beginning of the level, don't pull the lever and just go through the pipes and grab onto the ladder. Then go on the platforms and on the right there will be a lever - after a few floors pull the lever and put the rock on the D.N.A machine to the left of the ladder, jump onto the machine and press B.
P.S. this won't allow you to unlock an achievement or finish the level. You will have to restart it.
