It was scary in Silent Hill, but Pyramid Head's knife is even scarier in real life

There are plenty of video game weapons well-suited to destroying whatever they come in contact with, but few are as no-nonsense, straight-to-the-point, and pants-wettingly terrifying as Pyramid Head's Great Knife from the Silent Hill games. And thanks to YouTube series Man At Arms, it now exists in the real world.

To give you an idea of how ridiculously massive and dense this blade is, the blacksmiths of the show, which have crafted everything from The Legend of Zelda's Master Sword to Halo's Energy Sword, began with carbon steel railroad tracks for the knife's base. Because of its size, the team often had to work in pairs, with one person simply holding an end while another hammered at the opposite end.

You might also notice that the knife looks different than its original appearance; that's because the Man At Arms team decided to replicate its look from Silent Hill: Homecoming so it could be a little flashier and thus, a teensy more impressive. Not that you would care if it was coming crashing down on you. Slice!
