Pennsylvania Plaza - level 3-5

Pennsylvania Plaza is home to your base of operations, as well as 13 pieces of intel.

Phone Recording - Birds, Birds

The phone recording is in the southwest corner of the district.

It's in the area just off W 24th St, between 9th and 8th Ave.

There are a number of apartment buildings surrounding a small courtyard.

Go down the path in the middle and follow the building around to the left.

The recording is on the ground by the front door of the building with the Narnia-esque lamp outside.

Survival Guide - Page 07

This page of the Survival Guide can be found hallway along the western edge of the district.

It's in a building along W 29th St, between 9th and 8th Ave.

You're looking for the doorway near the fire escape with a flag draped over it.

Go on up to the apartment on the top floor.

Once you're inside, pop into the kitchen on the left to find the page on the floor.

Survival Guide - Page 05

The last page in this district isn't too far away from the one we just picked up.

It's in a building off W 31st St, between 9th and 8th Ave. You can leave the building we were just in via the back door to cut though the back streets and get here a little quicker.

Enter the garage next to the electronics shop.

Head through the doorway on the left, at the end, and follow the stairs up to the next floor.

Go through the doorway on the right at the top of the stairs, then enter the hallway on the left. The first door on the right here is the server room.

The page is on the floor by the cabinets ahead.

Phone Recording - Lucky Girl, Competition

This phone recording is near the middle of the district.

It's between W 31st and W 29th St, and 9th and 8th Ave.

Find the alley leading off W 29th St, next to the fire escape with the flag hanging off it.

Down here and to the left,you'll see an area that you can access via a metal gate.

You can reach here from either end, so look for the grassy area littered with abandoned pieces of garden furniture.

The recording is next to the barbecue.

Echo - Heather Lau, Part 2

After finding the first echo in Camp Hudson as part of the Missing Person side mission, the second marker will take you to Pennsylvania Plaza.

Make your way to W 26th St, between 8th and 7th Ave.

About a third of the way down the street coming from the 8th Ave side, you'll see a Food Market and Indochina Grocery.The echo is outside of the apartment here.

Echo - Heather Lau, Part 3

After picking up the echo Heather Lau, part 2, you want to follow the marker and go around to the back of the apartment building.

From W 26th St, head to 8th Ave.

Pop down the alley behind the building.

The echo is at the foot of the ladder leading up to the fire escape.

Phone Recording - Creep, Phone Harassment 3

The phone recording is in the same alley where we found the last echo for the Heather Lau side mission.

It's between W 26th and W 29th St, and 8th and 7th Ave.

From the echo, simply head further down the alley.

To the left of the blue vanis a large grey shutter.

The recording is next to it.

Incident Report - Rule Number One, Rioter Reports

The report is on the eastern side of the district.

It's just off W 26th St, between 8th and 7th Ave.

Look for the car park next to the salon.

Hop over the gate at the back.

There's an ambulance to the right.

The report is on the ground by the dead JTF officer next to it .

The report is on the east side of the district.

It's on W 31st St, between 8th and 7th Ave, just behind the hospital.

Enter the large tent by the CERA truck.

The report is inside.

Phone Recording - Birds, Peace 

This is to the northeast of the hospital.

The recording is off W 33rd St, between 8th and 7th Ave.

Look for the big red sign, and pop down the path to the left.

There's a liquor store on the right.

The phone recording is on the ground next to it.

Echo - CERA

The echo is at the northwest corner of the hospital.

Head to the corner of W 33rd St and 8th Ave.

Go through into the detainment area behind the fence.

The echo is outside of the tent.

Phone Recording - Lucky Girl, Winner

The phone recording is just across the road from the CERA echo we picked up.

It's just off W 33rd St, between 8th and 7th Ave.

With the hospital and detainment area behind you, head down the right side of Kerman Coffee.

There's a big Christmas tree down here.

The recording is on the ground at the foot of the tree.

Crashed Drone - Riot

The crashed drone is in the northwest corner of the district.

It's off W 33rd St, between 9th and 8th Ave.

If it's your first time here, there's a small encounter, so you'll need to clear out the enemies in the area above.

Once your slaughtering has been done, head up the ladder at the back.

Look up at the building on the left and shoot down the drone.

Go ahead and pick it up for the last collectible in the district.
