Temple Survey
Once you rappel down into the mined entrance to the temple, it’s past the burning bodies. You can reach this if returning to the Temple of Life base camp by retracing your steps through the temple entranceway.
Balams
Inside the Temple of Life, in the chamber past the dates puzzle, it’s on the left as you enter.
Birthing the Serpent
Through the door from the mural room in the Temple of Life. This document is in the small room directly behind the green and gold statue.
Operation Update
After the Trinity goon gets jumped by the unknown creature in the story, it’s in the grass a little further to the right. If revisiting, it’s easy to spot - just head to this point on the map.
A Haunting
Just to the south of the market trader in Kuwaq Yaku, South-west of the Kuwaq Yaku Ruins base camp.
Trinity’s Offer
Near the pink building here, two huts to its right. Go inside, past the man sitting down.
Company Town
Right next to the Kuwaq Yaku base camp, on the barrel.
Secret Winds
In the Kuwaq Yaku challenge tomb, after the fight with the four wolves, you’ll find a pit of fire that you can make a zip line across. Once across, it’s on the floor. An alternative method is to fast travel to the Petroleum Deposit base camp - the ledge you drop down from to access this document is right beside it.
Fever Dreams
North of the monolith at Kuwaq Yaku (north-east of the Kuwaq Yaku Ruins base camp), there’s a small alcove in the wall covered by a shotgun blast barrier. It’s inside.
End Times
By the Docks Base Camp, head south to the area where you took on the Trinity goons in the water. In the hut on the right you’ll find this document.
Misdirection
After emerging from the submerged area with the piranhas in it (east of the Temple of Life base camp), don’t hop across the tree branches but instead go left and find this document on the ground.
A Proverb
In the Trial of the Eagle, in the part where you’re trying to get leverage on a rope pulley that you make, head down the steps to find this odd proverb.
Scouring the Globe
Next to the Airfield Dirt Road base camp if you’re revisiting later, but iIt’s next to the load of dead Trinity Soldiers as you start coming back to Kuwaq Yaku after the gunfight in the story, so it’s unlikely you’ll have missed this one.
