The painful truth: Neelix was that irritating kid at school who no matter how many times you flushed his head down the loo, just laughed it off still wanted to be a part of your gang He’d hang around like a bad smell, grinning like a loon, cracking bad jokes and destroying any chance you had of copping off with Channelle Lowry in Form B12. With his comedy cooking, kazoo voice, duvet dress sense and a hair cut too awful for even a New Romantic to consider, he held a special place in the history of audience aggravation.
