At the start of this chapter/act, look to the right as you enter the first area then climb up onto the ledge and check behind the second steps you encounter.

Once this chapter starts, look to the right to spot the red emblem near an abandoned vehicle - the tag is directly below the emblem.

Imaginary Place 

COG Tag 27

When you enter a room in the Fenix Estate with four pillars and a desk, smash the desk up to reveal the tag underneath.
