Station Maintenance Lower Deck: When you reach the Tow Platform Dock Control and are tasked with activating the systems, head down the short stairs between the two objective markers on your map and access the terminal - you can collect this when you extend the docking clamps.
148 Sevastopol Initialization
Station Maintenance Upper Deck: After you climb the stairs and enter the Upper Deck, go straight ahead and access the terminal in the centre of the console - this is also where you extend the maintenance rig.
