NASA Lists Worst SF Movie Science
NASA has named Roland Emmerich’s end-of-the-world flick 2012 as the film containing the worst science . “The agency is getting so many questions from people terrified that the world is going to end in 2012 that we have had to put up a special website to challenge the myths,” says a press release from the agency. NASA also cited The Core , Armageddon and The Sixth Day as prime offenders when it came to dodgy science, but praised Blade Runner and Gattaca for realism.
