It's the most wonderful time of the year, blog fans, because January means the return of our much coveted Annual Movie Blog Awards!

Over the next three weeks, TotalFilm.com will be opening the polls for you, the discerning film fan, to vote for the best blogs in webdom.

We’ve separated our shortlist into six categories: Best News, Best Cult, Best Gossip, Best Newcomer, Best Horror and Best Sci-fi/Fantasy
