If you're hunting for a cheap 4K TV for gaming, and you want a larger panel, then there's a tempting deal at Dell right now. The Samsung 65-inch NU65RU8000F is currently sat at $998 (saving you $400 off the list price). It's a TV we love, and it features in our best gaming TVs guide, largely thanks to the quality of the panel and the extra features it packs in to make PS4 and Xbox One games really sparkle. The only real issue here is that it isn't QLED (or OLED), so the colors aren't as vibrant as those you'd find in something like the Samsung Q60R or the 2018 Q-series panels. Problem is that the Q60R is $200 more right now at Amazon, and that puts it beyond most budgets. Here's the current offer on the RU8000F via Dell.

You're saving a good chunk of cash off the price of this great 65" 4K TV. It's one of the best non-OLED/QLED models around, and is superb for gaming.View Deal
While the true beauty of this TV really is that panel, which delivers excellent 4K images, there are some solid features to help make gaming better. It comes with Freesync as standard, so there's almost no lag or image tearing. Samsung's Real Game Enhancer smooths out gameplay and optimizes the TV for fast-paced play, with very little cost to peak brightness. It comes with HDR 10+ as standard, is compatible with Google Voice Assistant (and Bixby, if you can stomach Samsung's own voice assistant), and features the delightful Universal Guide which makes the TV a breeze to use. There are plenty of HDMI ports for all your consoles and devices, and the TV is thin and easy to mount. We really do rate Samsung's panels, especially when it comes to gaming, and this TV offers 120Hz refresh rate as standard with a consistent 11ms response rate. Those are handsome numbers.
You may find 65-inch TVs cheaper when the Black Friday TV deals start in November, but for less than $1000 this is a good price for this panel.
