UK viewers are prepared to pay a little extra to see JJ Abrams‘s Fringe, it seems. Because while you can watch it on Sky One if you have access to that channel (where its second season is averaging 740,000 viewers per episode, up 16% from season one) it's also proving a hit on TV-on-demand services.
Premiering in October, the increasingly weird SF show was the number one subscription-on-demand show across all Warner TV branded services. Fringe had the most video streams of any Warner Bros show on Warner TV on Virgin Media and was second behind The Big Bang Theory on BT Vision and Tiscali's TalkTalk.
There's clearly a lot of love for the show!
