Borderlands 2: Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage DLC side mission guide & walkthrough

Pyro Pete’s Bar

Tier 2 Battle: Bar Room Blitz
XP: 433
Money: Torgue 10
Gear: None

Much like the earlier story mission bar room brawl, you’ll need to clear the bar of enemies within 3 minutes. It’s not hard to do and can be done within the 3 minutes without breaking a sweat. Once you do complete it, return to the battle board in the bar for tier 3.

Tier 3 Battle: Bar Room Bllitz
XP: 1075
Money: Torgue 20
Gear: None

Just like tier 2, you will need to clear the bar of enemies and Badasses. The difference here is that the enemies are a lot tougher, so keep an eye on your health. The good thing is that there are usually enough enemies around so that if you do drop, you can get your second wind rather quickly. Watch out particularly for the Badasses and you can beat this third tier within the time limit with minimal troubles.

The Forge

My Husband the Skag
XP: 433
Money: $674
Gear: None

When you enter The Forge, go to the job board and you will receive this mission. Jerek will tell you that his husband has been turned into a Skag and wants you to find him. Head to the map marker to the northwest and look for the Skag with a red scarf. Make your way to the map marker and you will need to clear out all the Skags there. Once the few are dead, move to the second just ahead of you and repeat. Once they are all dead, make your way to the northwest to the final den. Once you kill the tougher Skags here Uriah will contact you. Take a few steps to talk to him and you can either kill him or take the scarf and tell Jerek that he’s dead. Whichever you choose, return to the job board to turn in the quest.

Say That to my Face
XP: 433
Money: $674
Gear: None

Seems someone is trolling you and Torgue thinks you should shut him up. Make your way to the map marker that is located in the far southeast and when you finally reach it, the anonymous Troll will come out of a tent with some tough back up. All you need to do is drop him and then get the hell out of there. It’s a rather simple mission for the long distance you need to go to find it.

Tier 2 Battle: Twelve O’clock High
XP: 433
Money: Torgue 10
Gear: None

Much like the other battle missions, you will have a timer of 5 minutes to take down the Buzzards that are flying around the area. In addition to taking down the Escort Buzzards, you’ll also need to pick up 8 pieces of Flyboy’s bling—or rather banjos. Focus on the cargo buzzards to get the bling to drop, but don’t worry about picking it up just yet. Once you have killed all the escorts, then run down and collect the bling.

Tier 3 Battle: Twelve O’clock High
XP: 1075
Money: Torgue 20
Gear: None

Much like tier 2, you will have still have a timer of 5 minutes to take down the Escort Buzzards and collect Flyboys bling, but this time you will need to collect 12 pieces and the buzzards are a lot tougher. Go to the room on the second floor catwalk and use it for cover as you take out the cargo and escort buzzards. Don’t worry about collecting the bling yet. When you have killed all the escorts, then run down and collect the banjos on the ground. If there aren’t enough yet, keep killing the cargo buzzards till you get enough that you can reach.

Commercial Appeal
XP: 433
Money: $674
Gear: Assault Rifle/Sniper Rifle

Go to the map marker waypoint and accept the mission from the crate at the top of the stairs where the turrets are. When you accept it, you will be given a Torgue weapon that Torgue wants you to kill 10 bikers with. Head to The Forge and the bikers will start to pour out. Keep in mind that you do need to actually kill the enemies will the gun itself and not grenades or class mods that dish out damage. Once you have killed the ten bikers, return to the job board to turn in the mission.

Badass Crater Bar

Everybody Wants to be Wanted
XP: 433
Money: $1,348
Gear: Assault Rifle

Talk to Moxxi in the bar and she will want you to put up some wanted posters of you and the other vault hunters. Go to the Southern Raceway and there will be 4 different places marked that you need to go. None of the places you need to visit are tricky at all to find and are out in the open. At each place, simply post the wanted sign and Moxxi will have a little something to say for each. Once all 4 are up, return to the bar and talk to Moxxi.

Interview with a Vault Hunter
XP: 433
Money: $674
Gear: Pistol/Rocket Launcher

For this mission, you will need to go and retrieve 5 tapes that Moxxi recorded to hype you up in the arena. Leave the bar and you will find the tapes scattered about the Crater. Much like the previous mission, all of them are out in the open within easy to reach places. Simply drive to each location on the map to grab them. The only real tricky one is the one located to the southeast. To get it you’ll need to do some platform jumping, but it is still pretty straightforward to reach.

Pete the Invincible
XP: 433
Money: $1,348
Gear: Assault Rifle

For this one and only raid boss, you will need to visit Moxxi after the main Torgue campaign is complete. When you talk to her,, she will tell you that Pete has been training and is ready to go in the basement of his bar. Head to Pyro Pete’s Bar in The Beatdown and take the elevator to the basement arena where you first fought him. Pay the 8 Eridium at the battle board on the wall and the “Pyro” Pete the Invincible will appear. Go to town on him as he approaches and lets loose his attacks. As you take his damage down, Pyro Pete will become Pyrocaustic Pete and will then also start to use corrosive attacks in addition to fire. There is a valve on the wall that you can turn that pours out water should you need it. Just keep moving in circles, staying as far away from Pete and his attacks as you can and he will drop.
