At last year's Nintendo press conference, it was announced that huge third party titles like Batman Arkham City would come to Wii U. This year Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment gave a few more details on the Wii U Specific features. Batman Arkham City: Armored Edition will have full support of the Wii U GamePad, taking advantage of the touchscreen and motion controls.
The Armored Edition will have a few gameplay expansions. A new B.A.T. mode increases Batman's damage and abilities as he builds a rage-type meter as he successfully connects combos. The inventory will be accessible through the GamePad's touchscreen which can also be used in gameplay functions like setting off Batman's explosive gel. Remote control Batarangs can also be guided using the motion sensors of the controller.
