This Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time clue bottle and safe locations guide is the easiest way to find all 150 bottles. Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time brings back something Sly 3: Band of Thieves was sorely missing - Clue Bottles. Find all 30 in a world, and you'll be able to access the world's Safe and unlock a special treasure.

These babies can be tricky to track down, but this guide will help you collect them all. Follow the maps, or follow the screenshots - you'll find all 150 of the game's Clue Bottles in no time.

Note: Though you have to purchase it during the story anyway, Sly's Paraglider makes collecting Clue Bottles much easier. It is also required for some.

Turning Japanese [Part 1]

Above: The green boxes represent Clue Bottles. The black box represents the Safe.

CLUE BOTTLE #1

Just south of the hideout, you'll find your first Clue Bottle atop a light pole.

CLUE BOTTLE #2

Head to the hideout roof and walk the rope that heads southwest. You'll find a Clue Bottle at the end.

CLUE BOTTLE #3

Return to the hideout roof and head north to spot another bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #4

Cross the rope at the northern end of the roof for another.

CLUE BOTTLE #5

Look east from the end of the rope to spot a springy pole where another Clue Bottle awaits.

CLUE BOTTLE #6

Drop to the ground and follow the street as it heads north. You'll spot a bottle bobbing on a springy branch.

CLUE BOTTLE #7

South of the branch, some poles jut out of the water. A Clue Bottle bobs above one.

CLUE BOTTLE #8

Head into the nearby tunnel and make a left at the fork. Another bottle awaits on a pole in the water.

CLUE BOTTLE #9

Near Clue Bottle #7 is a series of bamboo shoots and rocks you can use to reach a high ledge. Do so and cross the rope up here to find another bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #10

Follow the ledge to find another hovering on a springy branch.

CLUE BOTTLE #11

South of the branch, another Clue Bottle bobs on a rooftop spire.

CLUE BOTTLE #12

Drop to ground level and head northwest. A Clue Bottle sits on a pole in the stream here.

Follow the street south the geisha house. Another bottle rests on the fountain in front of the bright building.

Another Clue Bottle hides behind the geisha house.

East of the geisha house is a springy branch that extends toward a bridge. A Clue Bottle bobs on it.

CLUE BOTTLE #16

Cross that bridge and hop onto the roof to the north. A Clue Bottle floats above an awning up here.

CLUE BOTTLE #17

Cross the rope at the northwest end of the roof to find another bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #18

To the northeast is a bridge lined by ropes. Hop onto the southernmost rope to find another Clue Bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #19

South Riochi's sushi shop is a small body of water. You'll find another bottle hovering on a pole there.

CLUE BOTTLE #20

Follow the street back here as it heads east, and you'll spot another Clue Bottle on an awning.

CLUE BOTTLE #21

In front of the sushi shop is a statue. Scale it to collect another Clue Bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #22

A rope runs northeast from a rooftop near the statue to the massive dragon gate. Head up there to find a Clue Bottle right by the sealed entrance.

CLUE BOTTLE #23

West of the gate is a covered bridge way. Atop it rests another bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #24

Far below, but just south of the covered bridge way is a series of rocks. Drop down there to find another Clue Bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #25

Return to the dragon gate and cross the northern rope to find the next bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #26

To the northeast is a river with protruding poles. One of them sports a Clue Bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #27

The large building in this area has a path that cuts through it. You'll find a Clue Bottle in here.

CLUE BOTTLE #28

Follow the path north to pass under the bridge and find a walkway. There's another bottle along the boardwalk.

CLUE BOTTLE #29

As the path wraps around, you'll see building with an attached waterwheel. On its roof is another Clue Bottle.

CLUE BOTTLE #30

Just north of here is a super long rope. Cross it to find the final Clue Bottle.

SAFE

Now you can unlock the Safe - found near Clue Bottle #6 - to get Coopergiwa's Gold Magnet, which attracts coins.
