We also saw Percy Jackson And The Lightening Thief for £4 . Asda has a promotion on Disney DVDs and Blu-rays. DVDs are two for £15 and Blu-ray are two for £20 . Included in the offer are such films as Wall-E, Pirates Of The Caribbean , The Incredibles and Monsters, Inc as well as the regular Disney titles we all know and love. From the forum this week Sliverfox67 had several things for us. First he sent us news of the BBC’s Merlin Series Two on DVD from Play for £9.99 . He also told us about Akira on Blu-ray £8.01 .

Mr Fox then spotted Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes on DVD for £7.99 and on Blu-ray for £11.99 . This lead us to finding this excellent box set including all seven Planet Of The Apes films on DVD for £22.99 and on Blu-ray for a reasonable £30.99 .

Other tipsters from the forum include Happy Hangman , who saw The Frankenstein Experiment, SWAT, The Bourne Identity and Mandelay in his local Poundland stores – that’ll be a pound each then we reckon.

Finally Breyah found The 10th Kingdom on DVD from Play for £6.99 , there’s also an extended version available from Amazon for £11.99 .

Random item of the week this week isn’t exactly a bargain, but wanting to seem like we’re all hip and down with the kids we thought we’d point you in the direction of Red Bubble’s selection of Mass Effect Tee shirts. Prices start from around £16 .

As always, if you find anything we’ve brought you this week cheaper somewhere else please mention it in the comments section below. We want as many bargains ideas for our readers as we can get. And remember; if anyone out there spots a sci-fi bargain they want to share then please pop over to the forum and mention it in the relevant thread. This thread is for film bargain , this one is for TV bargains and finally this thread is for any random bargain you might find. Keep your eyes peeled for great offers for your fellow SFX readers and maybe your find will be in the bargain list next time.
