This is found near the centre of the flatland. Check inside the storage container.
Scavenging Location #2
Just northeast of Jeet's Stronghold is another Scavenging Location. Check atop the helm to find a relic.
Scavenging Location #3
On the eastern edge of the area is a small encampment. There's a relic under the awning in the lower portion.
Scavenging Location #4
This is on the northern border of the flatland. Use the Harpoon to rip open a storage container, and you'll find a relic on a mattress inside.
