Learn How To Survive A Zombie Apocalypse at the SFX Weekender

It’s not all fun and games at the weekend long sci-fi spectacular

Sure there’ll be a galaxy of guest, panels and signings at 2011’s SFX Weekender 2, but believe it or not you might actually learn something that’ll save your bacon one day as the lifesavers from How To Survive A Zombie Apocalypse will be running their award winning seminar in Camber Sands at the SFX Weekender, 3-5 November 2011.

Everyone has a zombie contingency plan (at least the sensible ones), but the Zombie Apocalypse team have come up with a fool-proof scheme which will also give you a bit of a giggle. Introduced by zombology guru, Dr Dale Seslick and aided by his dedicated team of specialists from the School of Survival, the seminars are your one shop, whistle stop tour through the world of zombie survival techniques. You’ll learn everything you need to know to cope when the undead rise from their graves and begin eating their way through the population of the world. With audience question and answer questions and live simulations it’s an invaluable, and invaluably entertaining experience.

To see the seminar and the dozens of spectacular events already lined up (including appearances from Terry Pratchett and Anthony Head, comic workshops and fan-favourite screenings) book your tickets now. The SFX Weekender 2 takes place at Camber Sands holiday camp in East Sussex on Friday 4th February and Saturday 5th February 2011, with our pre-party on Thursday 3rd February for the early birds. VIP tickets are already sold out, and tickets for the pre-party are going fast, but there are still other options available. Make sure you get yours before it's too late!
