BFI London Film Festival launches app

127 Hours

The BFI London Film Festival has launched its official phone app, ensuring you can keep tabs on all the great things going on during the event.

Including complete festival programming with images and trailers, up-to-the-minute festival news and videos beamed direct from the red carpet, it’s a must-have for anybody thinking of attending this year’s event.

It’s the first time the BFI have developed an app, and shows they’re moving with the times as film (and film events) become a more and more interactive experience.

Users can save their favourite films, while a handy festival planner should ensure that you never miss a vital screening again. Meanwhile, you can boast to your friends where you are via the in-built Facebook and Twitter feeds.

Download the app for yourself over at the BFI LFF website .
