Why we love it: Four words. That's all it took for us to get right behind Katniss. Having overcome her shock at Prim's name being called as tribute, Katniss breaks free of two Peacekeepers before screaming "I volunteer" and then composing herself to defiantly say those now-iconic four words. Jennifer Lawrence plays it expertly and, thanks to a brief POV shot, we're right there in her shoes as she walks up to the podium. It's a good thing she volunteered too, as we all know Prim (Willow Shields) wouldn't have lasted past the cornucopia. Thankfully, her sister made the ultimate sacrifice to protect her.
