50 Sexiest Sci-Fi Characters

Saint Exmin Battle Beyond The Stars (1980)

The Sexy Character: Though aggressive and forthright, Saint Exmin (Sybil Danning) has her reasons – she’s a Valkyrie warrior who’s desperate to show what she’s made of on the battlefield.

Hottest Detail: It might just be us, but she sort of looks like a live-action She-Ra, doesn’t she?

Altaira Forbidden Planet (1956)

The Sexy Character: Living on the planet Altair IV, Altaira (Anne Francis) is somehow immune to a mysterious “planetary force” that has killed nearly all the humans stationed there.

We can only assume that her supreme hotness deflected those forces.

Hottest Detail: She’s basically a space hippie.

That’s hot, right?

Julia Rusakova Oblivion (2013)

The Sexy Character: One of Oblivion ’s two leading ladies (alongside Andrea Riseborough), Julia (Olga Kurylenko) is Jack’s (Tom Cruise) lover.

Hottest Detail: Kurylenko's an ex-model. We wonder if they'll find a way to work that into the plot.

Zhora Blade Runner (1982)

The Sexy Character: A Replicant (i.e. artificial human), Zhora (Joanna Cassidy) has hidden herself away in a strip club, where she does what you’d expect while wearing shiny body make-up.

We’re pretty sure Deckard (Harrison Ford) wasn’t sure if he should kiss her or kill her.

Hottest Detail: She sure can dance…

Jordan Two-Delta The Island (2005)

The Sexy Character: Living in the year 2019, Jordan Two Delta (Scarlett Johansson) escapes an isolated compound with the rather hunky Lincoln Six Echo (Ewan McGregor).

Presumably so they can start their own ridiculously attractive community elsewhere.

Hottest Detail: Her lips. Definitely her lips.

Miss Burke The Faculty (1998)

The Sexy Character: Previously a timid little wallflower, high school teacher Miss Burke (Famke Janssen) goes through some hotifying changes when she’s infected with an alien parasite.

Hottest Detail: From sad sap to sex bomb!

Post-infection, Miss Burke becomes a crimson-wearing bitch who don’t take shit from no-one, especially Josh Hartnett.

Riddick Pitch Black (2000)

The Sexy Character: A dodgy convict who can see in the dark, Riddick (Vin Diesel) is built like a brick shit house, and is exactly the kind of guy you want around when there are human-chomping aliens on the loose.

Hottest Detail: He’s just so, y’know, dangerous .

Which is always sexy. Always.

Lori Quaid Total Recall (1990)

The Sexy Character: The fake wife of Douglas Quaid (Arnold Schwarzenegger), Lori (Sharon Stone) is basically the perfect hausfrau – she works out, doesn’t blanch at a little rumpy-pumpy and knows how to dress.

Quaid couldn’t ask for a better wife – until she tries to kill him.

Hottest Detail: She looks great in pink lycra.

Terminatrix Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines (2003)

The Sexy Character: Sent back in time to kill John Connor (Nich Stahl), the Terminatrix, or T-X (Kristianna Loken), looks just like a regular woman.

A very sexy regular woman.

Hottest Detail: Red leather.

Ho mama.

Sil Species (1995)

The Sexy Character: A deadly half-human, half-alien hybrid, Sil (Natasha Henstridge) was created in a lab when S.E.T.I. received instructions from space on how to splice human and alien DNA.

Bodes well…

Hottest Detail:
Apparently Sil was created female as women “are more docile” and easily controllable. Yeah right.

Sil turns out to be a bona fide mating machine, which means she’ll bed just about any guy with a pulse so long as he’s genetically ‘clean’.
