ok wheres the cheat menu, do you have to beat the game first or what? i beat it and my brother hasnt and neither of us can find the cheat menu on his profile! where is it?!

how do you defeat Venom the second time in the ally way with the Pods?.It doesn't matter how many times i hit him. his power keeps regenerating. Please help.!!!!
