So, this is the first console-only Civ game. Why the wait?
SM: The world just wasnt ready yet! The current generation of consoles allows us to really push the presentation of the game to a new level and we think console gamers are ready for a new game experience. The Xbox 360 is powerful enough to handle the AI and the late game which requires a huge amount of memory.

Yeah, console gamers are total morons… wait, no were not! So why do the best PC games invariably receive a total dumbing-down in their transition to the box sitting by your TV? Battlefield - complicated on the PC; dumb as a bag of dead clowns on 360. Far Cry - smart and stealthy on the PC; run-and-gun-and-eventually-not-much-fun on 360.
