It seems guns are taboo in a publisher’s eye-view of games for girls. Dressing up – great! Horse riding – fantastic! Dog/cat/hamster-owning sims – more please! Why does the stereotypical guy gamer get to have all the fun?

Everyone knows – even women – that firing a powerful in-game gun is seriously satisfying. And when you’ve got a horde of zombies baying for your brains, it’s down-right necessary.
