This is a long symmetrical map, so don’t worry about which end you start at. The best tactic is to stay off the road and advance along the walkways, because they give you better cover. A great tactic for snipers is to sit inside the rooms looking out onto the walkways - the darkness keeps you concealed, and you can see your opponents advancing from a decent distance.
