The French Maid
Let's start with a classic. The French Maid outfit is a traditional icon of sexual fantasy and there are several good examples of the outfit in games both past and present. By the way, the fine-looking young lady on the right isn't from a game - she's a real person. You know, just so you can see how it should be done. As for the rest, there's Dixie Clemets from Rumble Roses, Jennifer from Rule of Rose and Kasumi from the original Dead or Alive on Sega Saturn. Well, I 'll go for Selene from Underworld, Selene Gallio from Uncanny Xmen and Ephemera from Bloodrayne 2. Needlees to say Hally Catwoman Berry too.

In other words... tight leather! Regardless of how much it covers (from literally everything in Underworld to almost nothing in Bloodrayne 2), as long as it's leather. Wonder how you missed that (although some of these outfits could fit in to the soft BDSM category).
